Medication
- Upon your arrival on the first day of camp, parents/guardians will be asked to complete a Camper Information Form. Please indicate on this form any prescription medications (including Asthma Inhalers and Epi-Pens) your child uses.
- All prescription medication must be turned in to the camp leaders at drop off. Prescription medications must be in the original pharmacy bottle, labelled with the patients name and the physicians ordered dose on the bottle (e.g. pills in Ziploc bags are not accepted).
- Non-prescription/over-the-counter medication, including vitamins and herbal supplements, will not be permitted. Asthma Inhalers and Epi-Pens will be carried by your child’s camp leader.

Accidents & Emergencies
- If a camper is injured parents/guardians will be notified immediately following the notification of emergency personnel, if required. Camp leaders will administer first aid and complete an accident report. Any minor injuries incurred at camp will be discussed with parents/guardians at the time of pick up.
Illness
- If a participant becomes ill during camp, parents/guardians will be notified if the illness requires the child to return home. If it is minor, parents will be notified when they pick up their child.
- Parents/guardians are asked to use discretion when deciding to bring an ill camper to camp for the day.
Arriving at Camp
- All campers must be signed in upon their arrival to camp, and signed out at the end of the day by a parent or guardian.
- If the person who is picking up your child is different than the person who dropped them off, please notify us when dropping your child off. Also, let the person picking them up know that we ask for ID.
- Camp activities begin at 9:15am sharp!
Departing Camp
- Parents/Guardians are required to sign out campers at the end of the day. Only the parent/guardian listed on the Drop-Off form will be permitted to take the camper home
- Early Departures If you need to pick your child up before the end of camp (prior to 4:00pm) please inform the camp leaders at the time of drop off
- Photo ID is required when the person picking up the child is different than the person dropping them off.
Before and After Care
- Before Care is available from 8:00am to 9:00am and
- After Care is available from 4:00pm to 5:00pm
Camp Expectations of Participants
- Participate in camp activities
- Follow the directions of the camp leaders
- Stay within camp boundaries at all times
- Be respectful to other campers, camp staff and guests
- Respect the property of others and the facilities we use and visit
Discipline Procedure
Our goal is to resolve any and all issues, how ever in the rare occasion attempting resolution would take away from or jeopardize the well being of other camp participants. Therefore we reserve the right to send a child home or suspend them from camp when a behavioural issue can not be resolved. The following is our procedure in dealing with a situation as such.
- Phase 1. The camp director will address the child regarding the issue
- Phase 2. The camp director will re-address the child regarding the issue and notify parents
- Phase 3. If the issue is not resolvable then the child will be suspended from camp
Social Challenges or Special Needs
We want to welcome everyone to experience the exciting program we have to offer. If your child has has difficulty integrating socially with other children, please provide a care giver to accompany them during camp. This will help to ensure the best possible experience for everyone at camp.
Registration Agreement
- A deposit of $75 per child is required to secure your space in a full day camp
- Cancelled registrants will loose their $75 deposits
- Full payment is due at least 3 weeks before camp starts
- Extended care hours are automatically charged after each camp week
- No refunds (full or partial) under any circumstance
